Some people live their healthiest life by going to yoga everyday and drinking smoothies, whilst others are able to live healthily sleeping late and having more coffees. Ultimately, health is an individual accumulated response to your environment, stress factors, metabolic type and more.

I have personally seen the lightbulb moment in people's lives when they've understood their unique approach to nutrition and lifestyle habits. Once you know what you require, you can then learn to fine tune details to manage moments of stress, fatigue etc.

Food, nutrition and life habits are some of the most personal and emotionally charged things to change in someone's life. My approach when there's a need to make any drastic changes is through educating the client and making sure everything is thoroughly explained.

My role as your nutritional therapist is to work with your presenting symptoms and dive into the root cause of your imbalance. As a therapist, I don't treat the disease, I treat the person. And even so, I believe I'm not even treating, just restoring health or homeostasis.

I have a degree in Biomedical Sciences which has allowed me to understand the human body from a biochemical perspective. This links nutritional deficiencies with symptoms of disease. Overall, by understanding what is happening at a chemical level, we can work together to tweak pathways and enhance any genetic, environmental and nutritional deficiencies.

The body's biochemistry makes me passionate for how relatively simply the human body can be understood, from detailed active groups to complex systems. This provides insight into preventing development of degenerative changes at the cellular level, potentially, anywhere in the body.

During consultations, depending on your case, we may need to do some medical tests and the results will be addressed on the next session.



Holistic Nutrition and Naturopathy focuses on integrating all aspects of your Self into your daily life. You are not just your physical body, the same way that you are not just ruled by your emotions or the reality that your mind processes. 

Bringing a state of balance, awareness and equanimity between these factors, is the ultimate goal for healthy stress management. Stress has been proven to be a major risk factor for many diseases nowadays. There is a difference between overload, and feeling completely helpless. These two types can be managed and further discussed, changing your response to stress.

Detoxification, or the elimination of toxins is of utmost importance in our daily lives. We live in a world where there is an abundance of chemicals and toxins which we have learned to live with, until it becomes too much of a burden for our bodies to properly detoxify. As a Naturopath, I also recommend different techniques depending on your needs.

Overall, we will be working with your body in non-toxic and painless ways to restore a sense of health and wellbeing- emotionally, physically and mentally.
